BTS Cake Off...

It was such a great time last night as we did the Better Than Something Cake...There were 5 different cakes present:

*Tropical (A.D.)
*Red Velvet (S.M.)
*Tiramisu (L.D.)
*Chocolate (R.C.)
*Spice (MINE)

The recipe was pretty basic for mine. A boxed Spice cake, a container of cream cheese mixed with a tub of cool whip, 14 oz can of condensed milk, caramel, and heath bar (smashed into small pieces).

I seperated the cakes into two layers of 9 inch cakes. Placed one layer down and poked holes and poured a bit of condenced milk and caramel sauce on it. Then place a layer of the cream cheese/cool whip mix on it. Place the second layer and repeat the process. Then pour your heath bar chuncks all over the cake. Refridgerate and enjoy!

I hope that all of you will plan a party with your friends to fellowship with and enjoy a cook off of some sort. Everyone brought a side and we provided the ribs and drinks. It was great! Have fun and dont let homeschooling and life stop you from enjoying some friends and family time!
