Mr. Poppers Penguin's

My kids loved this book! They kept on asking me to keep reading. One thing I liked about this book is that it shows the whole family getting involved in something that is important to the father. The one thing that Im not fond of but its a petty matter is poor Mrs. Popper! The patience that woman had to endure with Mr. Popper's oddities! Goodness! Im not sure I'd be as gracious as her! LOL!

Definetly a must read! 4/5 Stars!

PS...I should tell you that I read this to them months ago and forgot to place it into the list of books that we have read! We havent been reading a lot of chapter books lately but if we read another I'll be sure to post it!
